Mitch is an extremely talented young fast bowler from Victoria who not only swings the ball but also exhibits great control.
He claimed 8 wickets in his Victorian Premier Cricket 1st XI debut for Monash at the age of just 16. He also starred at both the U17 and U19 National Championships for Victoria Metro and the Cricket Australia XI teams during his pathway years. He secured a State contract with Victoria at the age of just 17.
The 2019-20 season proved to be a break out year for Mitch. He made his List A debut in November 2019, taking the new ball for Victoria against South Australia in the Marsh One-Day Cup. Later that summer, he represented Cricket Australia Representative XI’s that took on both the England Lions and Pakistan. In late 2020, he made his Sheffield Shield debut for Victoria against South Australia and also secured a BBL contract with the Melbourne Renegades.
Later that season, Mitch made his debut for the Melbourne Renegades in BBL10 against the Sydney Thunder.
