Annabel is a very promising all-rounder who is equally skilled with both bat and ball. At just 15, she found herself on the list at the Melbourne Renegades. In 2016, she became the youngest player to feature in the Women’s Big Bash League when she was selected for the Renegades against Sydney Thunder.
In 2015, Annabel was named Player of the Championships in the Under 15 National Champs. She backed this up two years later taking out the Player of the Championships in the Under 18 National Champs scoring 340 runs at an average of 48.6. Annabel was also part of the U19 Australian team that took out with Emerging Women Tri-Series in South Africa in 2018.
She continued to climb the ranks quickly and, in 2020, made her T20 International debut for Australia against England in February at the age of just 18. She was also part of Australia's winning T20 World Cup Squad that same month. To top this off, she was named Victoria's Player of the Year for the 2019/20 season taking out the Sharon Tredrea Award. Later that year, she made her One-Day International debut for Australia against New Zealand.
