Annabel is an extremely promising all-rounder who is equally skilled with both bat and ball. At just 15, she found herself on the list at the Melbourne Renegades. In 2016, she became the youngest player to feature in the Women’s Big Bash League when she was selected for the Renegades against Sydney Thunder.
She continued to climb the ranks quickly and, in 2020, made her T20 International debut for Australia against England in February at the age of just 18. She was also part of Australia's winning T20 World Cup Squad that same month. To top this off, she was named Victoria's Player of the Year for the 2019/20 season taking out the Sharon Tredrea Award. Later that year, she made her One-Day International debut for Australia against New Zealand.
In 2021, Annabel made her Test debut against India and, in 2023, she became the first Australian woman to have 100's in both Tests and ODI's before turning the age of 22 with centuries against England and Ireland.
