I proudly founded Estrella Sports Management which came about from the immense satisfaction I get out of helping athletes be the best that they can be.

Having spent 18 years in finance as a stockbroker and fund manager, then working as a recruiter in the AFL for 8 years, I decided to follow my true passion – working with athletes.

And whilst I never reached the sporting heights and incredible achievements of my clients, I spent most of my life as a keen cricketer and Australian Rules footballer both at a competitive level in Melbourne.

Now my focus is on supporting athletes – through performance, commercial opportunities, media and marketing – so that they are free to concentrate on making the most of their sporting talents and be protected, as much as possible, from all the distractions that come with success.

Their success is what matters most. It continues to inspire me to be the best manager I can be.

And by building belief and trust together, anything is possible.
